Brownies 'n Cream Sandwich Cookies |

I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Duncan Hines. Ingredients:
19 7/8 ounces duncan hines dark chocolate fudge brownie mix |
1 large egg |
2 tablespoons water |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
16 ounces duncan hines creamy home style classic vanilla frosting |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Grease cookie sheet. 3. Combine brownie mix, egg, water and oil in large bowl. 4. Stir until well blended and soft dough forms. 5. Drop by level measuring tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until cookies are set in center. Do Not Overbake. 7. Cool 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. 8. Cool completely before assembling. 9. Spread frosting on half the cookies. Top each frosted cookie with another cookie. 10. Gently press together. |
