Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs, beaten |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 cups chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and cocoa in a large mixing bowl, stirring well. Stir in sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, and pecans. Spread batter evenly in two greased 9-inch square baking pans. 2. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. |
