These are the best brownies i have ever made. Even though the recipe says to put 6tbs of cocoa in, i usually just pour it in until i like the colour. If u want plain brownies then don't add the chocolate chips. I know it might sound silly, but i use a lined roasting tray to bake the brownies in. :). Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
250 g of melted butter |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
1 1/2 cups plain flour |
6 tablespoons cocoa |
1 cup white chocolate chips |
1 cup milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. put the sugar in a large mixing bowl, then melt the butter. 2. add the butter to the bowl and mix through. 3. adding one egg at a time, continue mixing. 4. add the vanilla and stir. 5. sift the flour and cocoa gradually into the sugar/butter mixture.stir after each addition. 6. mix all the chocolate chips in, it might be a bit difficult because the mixture is very thick. 7. pour the mixture into a lined baking tray. 8. preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius. 9. cook them for about 20-25 minutes. 10. cool, cut, and enjoy! :). |
