I use a Magic Bullet type food chopper to pulverize the nuts & powdered milk together. The powdered milk stops the nuts from sticking together & the milk blends better. Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat powdered milk |
1 cup walnuts |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup canola oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
5 eggs |
1/4 cup soy flour |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup cocoa |
Directions:
1. Pulverize the nuts & powdered milk in small batches. Set aside. 2. Combine oil & sugar. 3. Add vanilla. 4. Add nuts & milk mixture. 5. Stir in eggs, one at a time. 6. Stir in flours & cocoa. 7. Pour into 2 greased 9 round cake pans. 8. Bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes. |
