Low calorie Brownie Snack Cake Enjoy Ingredients:
4 egg whites |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add oil and vanilla. 2. Combine flour, sugars, cocoa and baking powder; gradually stir into egg mixture. 3. Transfer to an 8 inch square baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. 4. Bake at 350-degrees for 15-20 minutes or until center is set. 5. Cool on a wire rack. 6. Dust with Confectioners’ sugar. |
