Brownie Recipe Adapted from the Shomron Chef

Diabetic brownies.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cocoa or 1/2 cup carob powder
3/4 cup oil
2 cups splenda granular
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour (i use whole grain)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F.
2. Mix cocoa and oil.
3. Beat sugar and eggs.
4. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder and nuts or other additions.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes and cut while warm.
