A fabulous fix for chocoholics! The boiling water forms a thick, scrumptious pudding covered by the fantasically rich brownie. It's a bit like a souffle, but with a wonderful twist! Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 3/4 cups boiling water |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Sift together first 5 ingredients. 2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. 3. Mix till smooth. 4. Pour into ungreased 8x8x2 pan. 5. Mix together brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. 6. Sprinkle over batter. 7. Pour water over entire batter. 8. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
