I didn't have any flour in the house, but I needed to make some cookies and all I could find was a box of brownie mix. Very chocolaty, with a brownie texture and the shape of a cookie. I used low-fat brownie mix. Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 tablespoons water |
20 ounces brownie mix |
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*. 2. Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in brownie mixture. 3. Add water as needed to make a thick dough. 4. Add chips (white chocolate are great) and walnuts as desired. Bake for 10 minutes or until firm without overcooking. |
