Full of chocolate and coconut, this is a winning flavor combination. Recipe from Pillsbury. Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) package brownie mix (pillsbury supreme chocolate chunk premium recommended) |
2 cups shredded coconut |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix and coconut; mix well. Add water, oil and egg; stir until moistened. Shape dough into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 mintes or until edges are set. Centers will be soft.) remove from ocokie sheets. |
