This quick recipe only takes 5 minutes. Easy dessert for 1 or a quick snack . Perfect for whenever you're craving brownies and don't feel like baking. All ingredients can most likely be found in your pantry. Ingredients:
-4 tblsp. all purpose flour |
-4 tblsp. granulated sugar |
-1/2 tblsp. powdered sugar |
-1/8 tsp. baking powder |
-2 tblsp. unsweetened cocoa |
-3 tblsp. water |
-3 tblsp. oil |
-3 tblsp. milk |
-4 tblsp. chocolate chips or nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. -in a mug, mix all dry ingredients together. 2. -add wet ingredients. stir well. 3. -add chocolate chips and/or nuts (optional), mixing until there are no lumps and mixture is smooth. 4. -put mug in microwave for 1-2 minutes. 5. -tip out on plate (optional). 6. -enjoy! |
