Super brownie fudge pie that can be made ahead. Nice summer dessert. Ingredients:
3/4c plus 2tbs sugar |
3/4c flour |
1/3c plus 2 tsp cocoa powder,sifted |
1/2c water |
1/4c melted butter(1/2 stick) |
3/4c plus 2tbs skim milk |
11/2tsp vanilla |
1 3.90z package instant chocolate pudding |
3 cups light,non-dairy whipped topping divided |
2tbs mini chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and sert aside. Combine the sugar,flour and cocoa in a medium bowl. add the water and melted butter and mix until well blended. Press onto the bottom of the pie pan and bake at 350 for 24-25 mins. Remove from oven and let cool. 2. In a medium bowl,combine the milk,vanilla,and pudding mix. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the cooled brownie base. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with the min chocolate chips. Refrigerate before serving. |
