Chocolaty indulgence at in it's simplest form! ((for a lower-calorie version, replace sugar with Splenda or other artificial sweetener, and replace 1 tablespoon of oil with applesauce. This eliminates around 300 calories- if you're afraid of losing flavor, try one or the other variation or replacing just half the sugar)) Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons baking cocoa |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons canola oil |
1 dash salt |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mug. 2. Mix well. 3. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, be sure not to overcook. Brownie should still be wet on sides and in the middle when done. 4. Let stand to cool for a few minutes. 5. Grab a fork and dig in! |
