This one looks good. Have not made it but wanted to post it here so I could find again. An eagle brand recipe. Ingredients:
1 (19 1/2-22 ounce) box fudge brownie mix |
3 eggs |
oil |
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) |
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease bottom only of 9-inch springform pan. 3. Prepare brownie mix as package directs for chewy brownies. 4. Spread evenly in prepared pan. 5. Bake 35 minutes or until set. 6. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. 7. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand. 8. Add eggs, vanilla and mix well. 9. Stir in chocolate chips. 10. Pour into prepared pan. 11. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake 50 minutes or until set, cool. 12. Chill thoroughly. 13. Remove side of springform pan. 14. Garnish as desired. 15. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator. 16. Notes: Chocolate chips may fall to top of brownie layer during baking. |
