Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
1 (16 ounce) box brownie mix (8 inch x 8 inch) |
2 -3 eggs |
oil |
water |
1 pint vanilla ice cream |
1 (12 1/4 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping |
Directions:
1. Place nuts and coconut in an ungreased baking pan. 2. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently. 3. Meanwhile, prepare brownies according to package directions. 4. Cool; cut into small squares. 5. When ready to serve, layer the brownies, ice cream, caramel topping and nut mixture in parfait or dessert glasses; repeat layers one or two times. |
