Great little brownie cupcakes with a surprise in the middle. Ingredients:
1 pkg. duncan hines brownie mix(extra double fudge) |
2 eggs |
1/3c water |
1/4c vegetable oil |
20 miniature peanut butter cups |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Place 21/2 foil cupcake liners in muffin pans or on cookie sheet. Combine brownie mix,fudge packet,eggs water, and oil in a large bowl. Stir wit a spoonuntil well blended about 50 strokes. Place 2 level Tbs. of batter in each in each foil cupcake liner. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. Remove from oven. Push 1 peanut butter cup candy in center of each cupcake until even with the surface of the brownie. Bake 7-9 mins longer. Cool
