Ingredients:
2 cup(s) flour |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 cup(s) cocoa |
1 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/8 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) xanthan gum |
1/2 cup(s) applesauce |
1/4 cup(s) canola oil |
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla |
1/2 cup(s) dairy free chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 2 mini muffin tins with cooking spray. In bowl, wisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder & soda, salt and xanthan gum. In another bowl, wisk applesauce, oil & vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in choc chips. Spoon in muffin pans-fill 3/4 full. 2. Bake 15 minutes, turn onto rack and cool. |
