cake Ingredients:
166 g whole wheat flour |
1/2 tsp. baking soda |
1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
60 g honey |
150 g granulated sugar |
300 g firm tofu |
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
30 g cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray bottom of 8x8 pan with non-stick spray. 3. In a food processor (with metal chopping blade) process all dry ingredients. 4. Set aside. 5. Put all wet ingredients into processor and blend until smooth. 6. Add dry mixture all at once. 7. Pulse/blend until dry ingredients are thoroughly wet. 8. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 22 minutes. 9. Let cool for at least 10 minutes. |
