Brownell's Favorite Meatloaf |

This is my picky, ketchup-hating, no weird stuff family's favorite meatloaf. My son says, You should make it once a week! . It started as a recipe designed for only 2 servings, but has been adapted over the years to serve 4 with left-overs. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3/4 cup fine breadcrumbs |
1 cup tomato sauce |
1 1/2-2 tablespoons dehydrated onion |
1 1/2-2 tablespoons dried parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 lbs ground beef |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 2. Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl. 3. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray. 4. Form meat mixture into a loaf shape and place in pan. 5. Bake for 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 170. 6. Let rest 15 min or so before slicing. |
