Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil |
cooking spray |
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced |
3/4 cup dry red wine |
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until brown. Remove from heat; stir in wine, soy sauce, and tarragon. |
