Wonderfully nutty variation on a theme. Ingredients:
3 cups brown rice |
1/4 cups wild rice |
8 1/8 cups water |
4 tbsp minced garlic |
4 tbsp italian seasoning |
1 tbsp black pepper |
3 oz. shoyu |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel pot. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to a simmer. 4. Leave covered?NO PEAKING! NO STIRRING! 5. Simmer for about an hour or until Rice is tender |
