Wonderfully nutty variation on a theme.
Ingredients:
3 cups brown rice
1/4 cups wild rice
8 1/8 cups water
4 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
3 oz. shoyu
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel pot.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to a simmer.
4. Leave covered?NO PEAKING! NO STIRRING!
5. Simmer for about an hour or until Rice is tender
