Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened |
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
10 unbaked (2 3/4-inch) tart shells |
whipped cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in raisins, pecans, cinnamon, and vanilla. 2. Spoon 2 tablespoons filling into each tart shell. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. |
