definately mouthwatering and so good you will want more. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
2 cups brown sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, undrained |
2 unbaked pie crust |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until thick, add cornstarch and sugar. Beat in melted butter and vanilla. Add crushed pineapple. Pour into unbaked pie crusts and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. |
