A muffin recipe from a collection I just found and can't wait to try Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup light brown sugar, packed |
1 large egg |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, room temperature |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in medium sized bowl. 2. In separate bowl beat egg, milk, and butter. Add all at once to flour mixture; beat to mix well. 3. Spoon into 12 greased 2 1/2 muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. 4. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 20 minutes or until browned. |
