A nice breakfast bread , and also great for a brunch. Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix together oil, brown sugar, and egg. 2. Then add flour, soda, salt, milk and vanilla. 3. Put into greased muffin tins and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. |
