This is our favorite entree for a company dinner. For the past year, my husband has been cooking it while I watch the baby. Ingredients:
4 -6 salmon fillets |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup lime juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. (We often forget; no big deal.). 3. Mix brown sugar and lime juice. 4. Put salmon in the the baking pan and spoon on half of the juice mixture. 5. Cook about 8 minutes per side, adding the remaining juice mixture when you turn it. |
