Very tasty and easy to fix. Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa |
1 lb bacon |
1 cup brown sugar (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cut Kielbasa into 1 inch pieces. 3. Cut bacon strips in half. 4. Wrap each piece of kielbasa with 1 piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. 5. Place bacon-wrapped sausage pieces standing up on end in a foil-lined pan . 6. Generously sprinkle the brown sugar all over the sausage pieces. 7. Bake until bacon is done to desired crispness, usually about 25-30 minutes. |
