My Mom's recipe. I like this crust with a double chocolate cream pie. Yummy !! Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter |
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in the microwave. 2. In a mixing bowl, stir the crumbs and sugar together, then stir in the melted butter. 3. Pat into a 9 pie pan, spreading the crumbs so the sides of the pan are not too thick.'. 4. Bake at 375 for 6 min.s. 5. Cool to room temp before filling. |
