Saw this in a newspaper, tried it and wow- got raves. It's easy and the flavor is spectacular Ingredients:
2 large salmon fillets |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
2 tbs honey |
2 tbs dijon mustard |
1/2 tsp salt |
chopped fresh dill to garnish |
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar, honey, mustard and salt well. Place salmon skin side down on baking tray. Brush over the salmon. 2. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source and broil 8 to 10 minutes or until golden glazed and done. 3. Garnish with dill and lemon slices if desired 4. May be served warm or room temperature 5. Note: may also use salmon steaks for the recipe |
