                                                * 1/4 cup brown sugar  |  
                                                * 2 tbsp margarine, melted, or olive oil  |

                                1. Steam the carrots in a small amount of water until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain thoroughly. 2. In a medium saucepan, combine the carrots, onion, brown sugar, margarine or oil and cinnamon.
