Wolzeka is a family name from my mother's side of the family. I am trying to save these old recipes that my grandmother and mother have written. I remember these cookies as a girl at my grandmother's house. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
1 cup nuts |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and brown sugar well.
2. Add egg, flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Drop by small teaspoons on cookie sheet.
4. Bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
