Brown Sugar and Ginger Glazed Salmon Ingredients:
2 tbsp brown sugar |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1/4 tsp ginger |
16 oz salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces |
1 tbsp sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. Coat broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Combine sugar, mustard, soy sauce and ginger. 3. Season salmon to taste and place skin side up on broiler rack. Cook 6 inches from heat source. Broil for 3 minutes. Turn salmon and brush with brown sugar mixture. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with sesame seeds. |
