Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked brown rice |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Remove from heat; fluff with a fork. Stir in juice and salt. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
