Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water
1 cup instant brown rice (such as uncle ben's)
1 cup frozen green peas
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1 1/2 tablespoons preshredded fresh parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine water and rice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
2. Stir in green peas and remaining ingredients.
