Make the rice ahead of time. The rest takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Very pretty Ingredients:
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon butter |
3 cups cooked brown rice |
Directions:
1. Cook mushrooms and onions in Butter until tender. 2. Add rice. 3. Toss lightly. 4. Heat thoroughly. 5. Note: Use Beef or chicken broth to cook rice in for a heartier flavor. |
