1/2 cup serving Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup brown rice |
1/4 tsp salt |
2 t sugar |
1/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg |
2 1/2 cups rice milk |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Cook all ingredients for 2 hours, in double boiler. 2. Serve warm. 3. May exchange any dried fruits, for raisins. 4. Instead of dried, may opt for fresh fruit, cooked in it, or on top. 5. Nutmeg goes well with peaches. |
