Brown Rice Power Patties

One is a snack, two is a meal
Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice, cooked
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups carrots, grated
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1/2 cup sesame seeds
3 eggs
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups almonds, toasted, slivered
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, grated cheese, carrots, and seeds
2. Combine eggs and seasonings in the good processor and blend for about 5 seconds. Add nuts and process another 5 seconds. Add to rice mixture and mis thoroughly
3. Form 18 patties and put on parchment paper lined baking sheets Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, turn patties and bake 10 minutes more.
4. Cool and store or eat while hot.
