After going on the South Beach Diet I had an awful time making brown rice that wasn't gummy and sticky until I discovered this recipe! Perfect every time! Ingredients:
1 cup uncle ben's brown rice |
2 1/4 cups water |
2 teaspoons butter |
Directions:
1. Combine water, rice and butter; bring to a boil. 2. Boil uncovered until craters form on the surface and most of the water has been absorbed. 3. Cover and reduce heat to low; steaming rice 20 minutes or until tender. 4. Fluff with a fork. TaaaDaaa! |
