Looks simple and easy. Think I would try some veggies in it too. Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup skim milk |
1 1/2 cups brown rice, uncooked |
1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste |
1/2 teaspoon paprika, to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray casserole dish with baking spray. 3. Mix soups, rice and milk; pour into casserole dish. 4. Lay chicken pieces on top. 5. Dot chicken with butter spray; sprinkle with pepper and paprika. 6. Bake 1 1/2 hours. |
