Love brown rice with the baked chicken pieces. Make ahead a pop into the oven for a quick supper.This is a favorite from the USA Rice Council. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked brown rice |
2 chicken breasts, baked, deboned and chopped |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Spray 3 quart baking dish with vegetable spray. 3. Combine ingredients. 4. Place in dish. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
