1 cup(s) uncooked brown rice |
2-1/2 cup(s) water or broth |
Directions:
1. Place rice, liquid and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir, reduce heat to low and cover. Cook covered about 45 minutes, or until all liquid has been absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. |
