My mother-in-law gave this recipe to me almost 30 years ago and it has lasted longer than my marriage!! This is one of those recipes that you can play around with and you will never be disappointed! Feel free to use chicken broth instead of beef broth, or add black olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc. Read more .! YUMMY!! Ingredients:
1 cup white rice |
2 cups beef broth |
1 onion dice small |
Directions:
1. Coat the bottom of a saucepan with olive oil and add the rice and onion and brown the rice a little; add the broth and then add to 13x9 bakind dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
