Well I love potatoes and am always looking for different ways of preparing them.I hope you enjoy them.My measurments may be a little off ,I dont ussually measure while preparing these.Please give me feed back!!! Ingredients:
3 large baking potatoes |
1 can beef broth |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes well. 2. Leave skin on and cut into wedges. 3. Boil in med saucepan with broth. 4. When tender remove from heat and drain broth. 5. Reserve about 1/2c. 6. Add butter and milk and a little of broth. 7. Add until desired consistency. 8. Salt and pepper and serve. |
