Brough House Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

Very moist and delicious! Found the original of this in a Bed and Breakfast cookbook. My family loves them.
Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup unbleached white flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup applesauce
1 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients (except raisins) in mixing bowl.
2. Whisk together wet ingredients, and stir gently into dry. Stir in raisins.
3. Spray muffin cups and fill 3/4 full with batter. Let sit for 15 minutes.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Remove to rack to cool slightly, then serve warm with a drizzle of honey.
