perfect appetizer for any mexican dish not filling Ingredients:
2 whole fresh jalepenos chopped in half the veined and seeded |
1 small container creme cheese |
2 slices of thick or slabbed bacon cut directly in the center so you have four even pieces |
toothpicks |
Directions:
1. 1.spread creme cheese on to the open jalapeno shells like a bowl 2. 2.cover the exposed creme cheese with the bacon and hold with toothpicks 3. put on grill high to medium high heat jalapenos side down for 3 min 4. reduce heat to medium and flip to expose the bacon to the flame for 3 min or until obviously cooked, do not burn the bacon. 5. put on tray and serve with toothpicks. |
