Here's another Swanson broth recipe. Ingredients:
1 can (14 ounces) swanson chicken broth (about 1 3/4 cups) |
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice |
Directions:
1. In a 2 quart saucepan , bring broth to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. Stir in rice. 3. Cover the pan, lower the heat to low, and do not left lid. 4. Cook 20 minutes. 5. Rice should be tender and most of liquid should be absorbed. |
