Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups water |
1 tablespoon applesauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into breadmaker, set on dough cycle. 2. Take out of breadmaker. 3. Punch down dough and divide into 12 parts. 4. Shape into oval rolls and place 3 apart on a greased and floured cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until double in size. Beat egg white and 1 tsp water with a fork until frothy and brush on the rolls. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. |
