Excellent finger food for toddlers and their parents. From ChowMama blog. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated (the sharper, the better) |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cream together butter and cheese. 3. Mix flour and salt. Then add flour mixture into cheese and butter mixture. Mix well. 4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten and prick top with a fork. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes. |
