This sandwich recipe is based per 1 serving. But you can make as much as you like. This is great for mid-day snack, a weekend lunch, a picnic, or even pack it for lunch for work. From Pol Martin Cookbook. Ingredients:
3 slices rye bread |
2 slices corned beef |
2 slices roast beef |
2 slices of roast turkey |
mayonnaise |
mustard |
coleslaw |
lettuce leaf, washed, and dried |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. spread slices of bread with mustard and mayo. 2. cover bottom slice of bread with lettuce leaves. 3. top with several slices of meat and season with salt and pepper. 4. add second slice of bread and finish building sandwich with remaining meat and third slice of bread. 5. Serve with coleslaw. |
