You can replace the crab with shrimp if you prefer.Serve with a tossed green salad and french bread. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
4 tablespoons chopped garlic |
4 tablespoons chopped green onions |
1/2 lb bay scallop |
2 cups heavy cream |
1 (6 ounce) can cooked crabmeat |
1 lb fettuccine pasta, cooked |
8 canned artichoke hearts, halved |
2 lemons, juice of |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet 2. add garlic and green onions and saute for 1 minute. 3. add scallops and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add cream and simmer for 2 mins to reduce. 5. Add crab , fettucine and artichokes. 6. Toss all together until heated through. 7. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. 8. serve immediately. |
