Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
4 freshwater trout fillets (about 1 pound) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried whole basil |
lemon wedges (optional) |
Directions:
1. Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Brush foil with melted butter. Place fish on foil; sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and basil. 2. Broil fish 6 inches from heating element 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer fish to a warm serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired, and serve immediately. |
